38-Hour Course

This course is required for any 15, 16 or 17 year old student that is interested in obtaining their learner’s permit. This class consists of 30 hours in class and 8 hours of behind the wheel training. The 30 hours in class is completed in four days, from 9am to 5pm each day. The behind the wheel training is split into 4 days, 2 hours each day. Contact the office or check our website home page for the class schedule. The parent that signs for this child must be the parent on the birth certificate or if custody was awarded, the court document proving that legal guardianship.* In addition, the student must be in the eighth grade and at least 14 years of age and within 90 days of making their fifteenth (15th) birthday to take this course.
